Thank You Calgary Cannons!
September 16, 2002
We'd like to thank the Calgary Cannons for having us down at their last matinee game (and second last ever), back on September 1, 2002. It was a really great time for us, even if the game was delayed for more than 5 hours because of rain. We wish the best for all the players on the Cannons team, as they are being moved to Albequerque, New Mexico for the next season.
We'd also like to thank all the people that spent their time hiding away from the rain and passing the time by coming to our table to talk to us. We sold a whole bunch of copies, and gave away free trading cards. I think we signed over 200 hundred autographs each! There was also a very kind lady (Roxanne) who offered to do an interview on the spot over the intercom system. That was extremely helpful, and when we got back to our table, there was a line up of kids! Here are two pictures at the Cannons game, one of us at our table, and the other during the interview. One last thing, we have to give a big extra thank you to Kelly Dowd at Redd Skull Comics for inviting to attend and set up at the event!

Notice anything different? There are no longer pop up ads on our website! Whew! Those were annoying! There's a bunch of updates to the website, check them out! There's the Look Who's Got Our Book Gallery, and the Kandrix's Gallery, each section has been flushed out a fair amount.
We're going to be working hard on issue #2 this weekend, the first version of the script is finished, and we're starting to work out the layout and details for the book. We're really excited about the next book because it will be an improvement from the first one!
After waiting to get all of our rolls of film developed, they are finally here! We'll be posting up a photo a week, some from our trip to San Diego Comic Con, others for more recent events. It's going to be a lot of fun!
